We spent 5 nights in there and would definitely return. Staff was amicable and accommodating, assisted with everything. There was a bath in the separate bathroom.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and extremely spacious. It had all the amenities one would expect from a 5-star hotel. The surroundings were absolutely stunning, situated between a river and ruins. It felt like a private country estate, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient, being close to amenities and within easy reach of Newcastle and Durham. The friendly staff and well-equipped kitchen were an added bonus.

The Wi-Fi could be patchy at times due to the thick walls in parts of the building. Although it worked, it may not be ideal for those who rely heavily on a strong connection.

Location is peaceful and magnificent for Durham just off the river running past and the view on opening the curtains, and beautiful surroundings. Affable staff, thanks for your job. Exceeded all expectations, I would go back in flash and couldn't recommend more.

The place is like a freakin' castle and the staff were total legends, always there when we needed anything. We had a blast exploring the ruins of the Abbey and chilling by the river Wear. And the best part? We were just a short drive away from both Durham and the beach in Newcastle. It was the perfect combo of chill and adventure!

If I had to ask for one thing more, it would totally be an epic party area. Like, a sick outdoor space with music, lights, and a pumping sound system.
